Your safety and privacy are extremely important to us. Safety Devices First aid Kits in every bathroom. Carbon monoxide and Smoke alarms installed. Security Cameras Exterior security cameras are installed on the back deck and basement exterior, and a video doorbell is located on the front porch. There are no recording devices inside the A-frame.

Potential for Road Noise The Yay-Frame is located just off Route 4. At times this can be a busy road, and there may be occasional vehicle noise. For light sleepers, earplugs are provided in the master bedroom on the second floor. Stairs Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs, as this is a multi-level A-frame home. Amenity Replenishment We provide enough essentials to last the duration of your stay. Amenities are not replenished mid-stay. If you run out of supplies, there are several nearby markets where additional items can be purchased.

Guest Count The home comfortably sleeps 6 guests. A maximum of 8 guests may be permitted with prior host approval. Additional adult guests beyond 6 must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional nightly fee. The presence of more than 8 guests on the property may result in cancellation of the reservation. Pets Well-behaved pets are welcome. Please be respectful of furniture and clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors. All pet waste must be disposed of. Due to a severe allergy, we cannot permit cats on the property. Parties/Events This is a peaceful mountain retreat, parties/events where unauthorized guests are present are not permitted. Smoking Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home or within 15 feet of the Yay Frame Commercial Photography Commercial photography is permitted with prior notice.
