Are we able to invite guests to our elopement?

Accepted Answer

Yes! With our Elopement package, the engaged couple is permitted to invite up to 4 individuals to stay overnight with them at the Yay Frame (for a maximum of 6 individuals, including the couple). If the couple wishes to invite more than 4 attendees, then a micro wedding package would be required. We can make exceptions if the attendees are children, so please discuss your unique situation with us when requesting to book!

Question 2

Can I bring my own vendors?

Accepted Answer

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own vendors, including caterers, florists, photographers, and event planners. We require all vendors to be confirmed in advance to ensure they meet our venue’s policies and requirements. Day-Of event coordination is required for micro weddings.

Question 3

Can I bring my dog?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We pride ourselves on being a dog-friendly establishment and your pup is welcome during your ceremony as well as during your 5 day stay at the Yay Frame. If you opt to have your ceremony off-site at a location that is not dog friendly, rest assured they'll be comfortable at the Yay Frame while they await your return and for the festivities to begin!

How do we see available dates?

Our booking calendar for short term stays is always up to date, and is the best way to check if your desired dates are open. Most weekends are currently open in July, August, September, and October 2026!

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable, but depending on the notice given, rescheduling may be an option. No cancellations are permitted within 30 days of your check-in/event date.

Question 6

Do you provide setup and cleanup services?

Accepted Answer

Up to 5 outdoor tables and 20 outdoor chairs are included in the Yay Frame event rental; however, setup and cleanup services are not provided. Your wedding coordinator should be able to provide these services or can recommend vendors who can assist. Additional cleaning fees may be applied if the grounds are not properly cleaned after the event.

Our booking calendar for short term stays is always up to date, and you can use it to check if your desired event dates are available. Once you're ready to move forward with booking your event, please reach out to us via email at greenmountainyayframe@gmail.com (greenmountainyayframe@gmail.com)to confirm your dates and arrange a tour of the property.

Please note that elopements and micro-weddings are only available April - November. If you are interested in a winter wedding, please email us directly to discuss terms and pricing.
